Breeding Circle: A breeding circle is needed to develop a soul encased within a soul crystal!
Breeding Circle Mushrooms: These mushrooms are used in Breeding Circles (see below for different types).
Chest: Holds 50 items.
Chocolate Bar: You can eat this if you want! Or maybe use it to entice a Crystal Caverns creature...
Cleansing Flower: This flower is used to remove Defilement from a colored mushroom ring within a breeding circle.
Crystal Vial: These vials can be used to collect stardust and pure water.
Defiled Breeding Circle: Uh oh! Defilement has spread into this breeding circle! You can cleanse the defiled colored mushroom rings with cleansing flowers! If the defilement is not cleansed, a Malus Phasma soul will develop within the crystal, regardless of the parent types. (Defilement is black and blue smog, it can cover some or all of the colored mushroom rings).
Flashlight: Good for seeing in the dark! Also fascinating to some of the Crystal Caverns creatures!
Length of Rope: This is useful for climbing...and possibly other things.
Pack: Holds 25 items (everyone starts with one of these).
Pickaxe: Needed to harvest soul crystals.
Plain Flower: This flower can be combined with pure water to create a cleansing flower.
Plain Mushroom: These mushrooms can be combined with stardust to create a random breeding circle mushroom.
Pure Water: Pure water can be combined with a plain flower to create a cleansing flower.
Shovel: Can be used to remove unwanted mushrooms from a breeding circle before the fully developed soul emerges.
Soul Crystal: Soul crystals can be placed in breeding circles to allow the encased soul to develop!
Soul Crystal Fragments: Six soul crystal fragments can be combined to create a new standard soul crystal!
Stardust: Stardust can be combined with a plain mushroom to create a random breeding circle mushroom.
Tiny Mushrooms: Not very appetizing to you personally, but maybe some other creature in the crystal caverns likes them.

Soul Crystals:
Standard Soul Crystal - This crystal will encase one developing soul.
Twin Soul Crystal - This crystal is very rare and will encase two developing souls.
Triplet Soul Crystal - This crystal is extremely rare and can encase three developing souls.
Breeding Circle Mushrooms:
Snowflake Cutie Mark Mushroom - This mushroom causes a pretty snowflake cutie mark to appear on the body of the developing soul!
Frost Leg Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom causes a Frost sock pattern to appear on the body of the developing soul!
Snowfall Body Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom causes a snowfall body pattern to appear on the body of the developing soul.
Swirly Wing/Fin Design - This mushroom causes a swirly pattern to appear as a design on the wings/fins of the developing soul!
Glow Spot Mushroom - This mushroom causes pretty glow spots to and two glow hearts to appear on the body of the developing soul!
Heart Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom causes an extremity such as wings, mushrooms, tail fins, etc to take on a pretty heart pattern!
Rainbow Wing Fade Mushroom - This mushroom causes an extremity such as wings, mushrooms, tail fins, etc to take on a beautiful candy hearts hue!
Triple Body Fade Mushroom - This mushroom influences the soul to take on a triple body fade!
Baby Mushroom - This mushroom influences the soul to stop developing in the baby stage.
Color Theme Mushroom - This mushroom would influence the soul to be certain colors chosen by the owner (one primary and two secondary colors).
Maternal Body Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a body pattern from its mother.
Maternal Face Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a face pattern from its mother.
Maternal Leg Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a body pattern from its mother.
Maternal Mane/Tail Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a mane/tail pattern from its mother.
Morphing Mushroom - This mushroom can change into a mushroom of the breeders choice. This does not include Special Mushrooms
Paternal Body Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the
developing soul to inherit a body pattern from its father.
Paternal Face Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a face pattern from its father.
Paternal Face Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a face pattern from its father.
Paternal Leg Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a body pattern from its father.
Paternal Mane/Tail Pattern Mushroom - This mushroom would allow the developing soul to inherit a mane/tail pattern from its father.
Random Body Pattern Mushroom - Influences the body pattern of the growing soul.
Random Cutie Marking Mushroom - Causes a random cutie mark to appear on the developing soul.
Random Face Pattern - influences the face pattern of the growing soul.
Random Leg Pattern Mushroom - Influences the leg pattern of the growing soul.
Random Mane/Tail Pattern Mushroom - influences the mane/tail pattern of the growing soul.
Special Breeding Circle Mushrooms:
Extra Mushroom - This mushroom turns the purple mushroom ring into an extra mushroom ring. This mushroom would have a 50% chance of influencing the developing soul.
Grow-Up Mushroom - This mushroom, when placed in the purple mushroom ring, allows the breeder to use the breeding circle to 'Grow Up' a baby creature that they have!
Glowing Mushroom - Gives the developing soul an eerie glow
Placement Mushroom - Allows the breeder to determine the placement of his/her chosen mushrooms within the colored mushroom rings surrounding the soul crystal.
Pony Mimic Mushroom - This mushroom would influence the soul to take on the persona of a pony chosen by the breeder. This mushroom overrides, but does not combine with, all other mushrooms in the other circles.
Randomizing Mushroom - This mushroom would cause random normal mushrooms to appear in the first four colored breeding circles.
Twice as Nice Mushroom - This mushroom will allow Crystal Caverns species of the same gender to influence a soul crystal together. If both parents are male, the baby can only be male. If both parents are female, the baby can only be female.
Valentine Mushroom - Special Mushroom given out for Valentine's Day 2012. This mushroom will influence the soul to develop a special valentines day gene (Heart wing/fin Design, Triple Body Fade, Glow Spots, Heart Cutie Mark, Rainbow Wing Fade)!
Winter Mushroom - Special Mushroom given out for Crystal Caverns final week of intros February 2012. This mushroom will influence the soul to develop a special winter gene (Frost Socks, Snowflake Cutie Mark, Snowfall Body Pattern, Swirly Wing/Fin Design)!
